1. Step outside your comfort zone as often as you can.
Doing things that seem scary is good for you. It makes you feel empowered once you do it and will help to increase your confidence!
2. Set goals and make them specific
Set monthly and weekly goals. Make sure they are realistic and set a time frame for them.
3. Chase for progress not perfection.
Celebrate your small wins along the way, because those small wins along the way add up to big results.
4. Track your progress.
Write down your goals somewhere and check-in with yourself to make sure you are staying on track.
5. Get out in nature
It helps de-stress and make your soul feel good. Plus its free exercise. Go explore!
6. Make sure you make time for the things that make you the most happy.
Going for a hike, walk your dog, get a pedicure, go for coffee or lunch with friends.
7. Create the habits necessary to achieve your goals.
We are creatures of habit, make sure your daily habits are inline with your goals.
8. Drink lots of water
On average you should aim for 2-3 litres, if you are a very active person throughout your day I suggest drinking more than closer to 3 or 4 litres.
9. Eat whole foods.
Eat your protein and your fruits and veggies people!! Pick unprocessed foods that are full of vitamins and make your body feel good.
10. Train your entire body
Don't pick favourites. You cant target fat loss in one area of your body.
11. Surround yourself with the right people
Surround yourself with positive, happy people. People that make your soul feel good. This positivity will help increase the energy you give off to others.
12. Supplement properly
They are called "supplements" for a reason, they will help you to improve what you are already doing.
13. Take time to relax.
Your muscles grow when you rest. Physically and mentally you need it.
