You have to put a lot of stress on your glutes if you want them to grow. Always keep the mind to muscle connection through your whole workout. Supersets are my favourite way to work out because you get more exercises in in a shorter amount of time.
Workout:
RB Hack squat- facing in 4x10

Hack squat Good Mornings 4x10
BB glute thrust -heavy 4x8
-Superset-
Glute thrust 4x15
DB straight leg deadlift 4x10
-Superset-
Step ups 4x10 per leg
Cable sumo squat 4x10
-Superset-
Cable kickbacks 4x10 per leg
